About the Role


We are currently looking for a Supervisor to join Delizie . The Supervisor will assist in managing the restaurant’s daily operations while ensuring an exceptional guest experience. This role involves mentoring and supporting the Front of House team, maintaining operational standards, and serving as an effective link between the staff and management team.


Key Responsibilities


  • Follow management directives to ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable restaurant operations.
  • Participate actively in management and departmental meetings, sharing updates and seeking input when required.
  • Oversee accurate stock control and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations.
  • Supervise daily opening and closing activities, ensuring the restaurant’s cleanliness, lighting, and equipment are maintained to standard.
  • Maintain a safe and secure working environment for both guests and employees, resolving any safety issues promptly.
  • Prepare and manage staff schedules and rotations; ensure proper grooming, uniform standards, and attendance.
  • Motivate, train, and develop team members to achieve excellence in service and maintain high morale.
  • Handle guest feedback and complaints in a professional, solution-oriented manner.
  • Support operations during emergencies or supervisory absences, ensuring service continuity.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Assistant Restaurant Manager.


Ideal Candidate


  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within a premium casual restaurant environment.
  • Solid understanding of restaurant operations and POS systems; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • A warm, guest-oriented personality with a genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable dining experiences.
  • Impeccable grooming, professional presence, and an approachable demeanor that reflects the Delizie brand.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in daily operations.
  • Composed and adaptable in a dynamic environment, maintaining a positive attitude at all times.
  • A collaborative team player who fosters a supportive and motivated work atmosphere.
