Job Vacancy: Team Leader – Maintenance & Air Conditioning Company

We are hiring an experienced and dynamic Team Leader to oversee maintenance operations for air conditioning systems, duct cleaning, water tank sanitation, and kitchen hood cleaning services.

Key Responsibilities:

1 Lead and perform maintenance and repair of air conditioning units.

2 Supervise duct cleaning and maintenance procedures.

3 Oversee water tank cleaning and disinfection operations.

4 Manage and supervise kitchen and restaurant exhaust hood cleaning.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in air conditioning maintenance and repair.
• Strong knowledge of duct system maintenance and cleaning.
• Experience supervising water tank cleaning and sanitation.
• Hands-on expertise in cleaning and maintaining kitchen exhaust hoods.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Valid driver’s license (must be able to drive company vehicles).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–5 years of field experience in HVAC and cleaning services.
• Leadership skills with the ability to train and manage a technical team.
• Strong problem-solving and customer communication abilities.
