Logistics Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily packaging, loading, and dispatch operations to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
• Ensure glass, aluminum, and other fragile materials are properly packed, labeled, protected, and secured before dispatch.
• Prepare daily work schedules and allocate manpower based on production and delivery priorities.
• Coordinate transport bookings, driver assignments, and dispatch schedules to meet customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate delivery notes, packing lists, ERP records, and product traceability documentation.
• Monitor compliance with safety procedures during packaging, loading, and transportation activities.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow and on-time deliveries.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of loading equipment and report any operational issues.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in logistics, packaging, dispatch, or warehouse operations within a manufacturing environment.
• Previous experience supervising packaging, loading, or dispatch teams.
• Good knowledge of safe handling, packaging, and loading methods for glass, aluminum, and other fragile materials.
• Practical understanding of forklifts, overhead cranes, A-frames, lifting straps, and other lifting accessories.
• Technical Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Operations, or a related field.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery deadlines while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
