Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead, train, and supervise mover crews to ensure efficiency and safety.</li><li>Plan and coordinate moving schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress.</li><li>Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring service quality.</li><li>Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws, company policies, and safety standards.</li><li>Prepare daily/weekly reports on operations, staff performance, and incidents.</li><li>Handle unexpected challenges such as delays, damages, or staffing issues.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 0&ndash;3 years in moving, logistics, or related supervisory roles.</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.</li><li>Proficiency in English; hindi is an advantage.</li><li>Diploma or bachelor&rsquo;s degree in logistics, business, or related field preferred.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to AED2,500.00 per monthWork Location: In person
