Supervisor - Auto Service Centre (Male)

Job Summary

The Service Centre Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the automotive service center, ensuring high-quality service delivery, customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and efficient workshop management while maintaining manufacturer and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end operations of the service center including workshop, service advisors, technicians, and support staff
  • Ensure timely vehicle servicing, repairs, diagnostics, and quality control
  • Monitor customer satisfaction, handle escalations, and resolve complaints professionally
  • Achieve service revenue, productivity, and profitability targets
  • Plan and control workshop capacity, manpower, and job allocation
  • Ensure compliance with OEM standards, safety regulations, and company policies
  • Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment in coordination with Parts Department
  • Analyze service reports, KPIs, and MIS to improve performance
  • Train, motivate, and evaluate service staff and technicians
  • Coordinate with insurance companies, suppliers, and warranty claims
  • Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and proper documentation in the service center

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Automotive Engineering (preferred)
  • Minimum 5–8 years experience in automotive service operations
  • Proven experience as Service Manager or Workshop Manager
  • Strong technical knowledge of vehicles and diagnostics
  • Excellent leadership, customer service, and communication skills
  • Proficient in service management systems / DMS
  • Ability to manage pressure, deadlines, and customer expectations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

  • Supervisor role in Auto Service Centre: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Auto Service Centre: 5 years (Preferred)
