Job Overview:

Job Purpose:- The role of t Supervisor - Operations is to have an overseeing responsibility for the daily operation on the beach including the delegation and advising of beach attendants/ cashiers on a daily basis in order to maximize guest satisfaction and assist in ensuring the revenue streams set out by the Management/HOD are met.

Focus is to ensure the direct team is performing up to standard and pushing sales.

Here's your chance to step into the role of Supervisor - Operations at Sea Breeze under Dubai Holding Entertainment. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Supervisor & Management with daily operational requirements ensuring that the Beach Operators/Cashiers follow the standard operating procedures set by the Management.
• Assist leading the day-to-day operation on the beach as per guidelines given by the Senior Supervisor and Management.
• Make sure a proper inspection is conducted and followed on a daily basis for all beach facilities prior to starting the operation including but not limited to all washrooms, showers, sunbeds, day rooms, kiosks, beach area.
• Ensure money handling procedures are well followed as set by the management and finance department guidelines (cash float and cash intake)
• Pushing the cashiers and beach attendants on the ground to maximize sales and guaranteeing a perfect customer journey
• Handling of customer feedback and complaints and reporting back to Senior Supervisor and Management
• To perform other duties that the Management may from time to time reasonably require.
• Daily, weekly and monthly reporting requirements set out by management.
