Working Days: Monday to Friday

Position Overview:

We're looking for a proactive and knowledgeable Supervisor in Business Intelligence and Analytics to join our team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in our business intelligence department, implementing our data-driven decision-making processes. Your primary focus will be on leveraging Microsoft Power BI to drive insights, analytics, and reporting throughout the organization. You'll collaborate closely with senior leadership, work with cross-functional teams, and contribute to shaping and executing our business intelligence strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Prioritize activities to ensure timely delivery of daily reports while supporting the continuous advancement of our data, integration, and automation strategies.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable data models, dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Microsoft Power BI.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity by implementing data governance and quality control measures.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights, and communicate findings effectively to key stakeholders.
• Keep updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in business intelligence and data visualization, and incorporate them into the organization's BI strategy.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in various data techniques, such as data modeling, data access, data integration, data discovery, database design/implementation, and statistical methods.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, encompassing data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and Power BI Service.
• Experience in data ingestion from diverse sources and performing ETL processes to clean and prepare data for use in Power BI.
• Familiarity with SharePoint, including sites, lists, libraries, and security protocols.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders across all organizational levels.

Preferred:

A bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.

Possess at least 1.5 years of experience in Power Apps and Power Automate, along with expertise in scripting and programming, data warehousing, and Power BI Embedded Analytics.
