Team Supervision: Manage and develop team members, providing feedback, goal setting, and performance planning.

Operational Coordination: Oversee the coordination of vehicles for sale and ensure timely and appropriate sale lineups.

Client Relationship Management: Develop new commercial accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales volume.

Sales Strategy: Determine and implement optimal sales strategies for vehicles across physical and digital platforms.

Transaction Auditing: Audit transactions to ensure accuracy and resolve client issues.

Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in operational processes to enhance efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum
- High School Diploma/GED and 5 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 3 years' experience in a related field; a master's degree and 1 year of experience; or a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience

USD 59,700.00 - 89,500.00 per year
Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $59,700.00 - $89,500.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
