Supervisor - Electrical (MEP)

The Electrical Supervisor will oversee all site electrical works including power, lighting, LV systems, and coordination with subcontractors and authorities. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background and be able to manage teams across multiple project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise electrical works across multiple site zones.
• Review drawings, method statements, and ITPs for electrical scope.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and conduct daily briefings.
• Coordinate with DEWA/consultants for inspections and approvals.
• Report progress, risks, and manpower deployment to project manager.
• Ensure site safety and adherence to HSE protocols.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering.
• 5–7 years of UAE experience in high-rise or large-scale commercial MEP works.
• Experience with authority approvals (DEWA, DCD, etc.).
• Strong site management and technical reporting skills.
