Supervisor - Finance & Accounts

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Supervisor - Finance & Accounts to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day finance operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, exception handling, and fixed asset accounting
• Review and analyze periodic financial reports and perform data reconciliations
• Prepare and oversee journal entries, adjustments, and financial records
• Support financial analysis and variance reporting
• Ensure finance activities comply with client requirements, internal policies, and accounting standards
• Maintain service delivery quality and process accuracy
• Lead, guide, and assist in performance evaluation of finance team members

Requirements:

• Qualification: ACCA Finalist or CA Finalist (Post-Articleship)
• Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts (supervisory experience preferred)
• BPO experience will be considered an advantage
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and perform effectively under pressure

Additional Information:

• Night shift availability is mandatory
• Only candidates willing to work night shift will be considered
