Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Supervisors – Hypermarket to manage daily operations within assigned categories. The role focuses on staff supervision, stock control, merchandising standards, and customer service excellence while achieving sales and operational targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of assigned department and team members.
• Ensure product availability, FIFO compliance, and proper stock rotation.
• Monitor sales performance and support achievement of department targets.
• Maintain merchandising, hygiene, cleanliness, and display standards.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and service escalations.
• Coordinate with inventory, receiving, and store operations teams.
• Train, guide, and motivate staff to improve productivity and discipline.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and quality standards.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of hypermarket operations in assigned category.
• Leadership and team-handling capability.
• Basic understanding of inventory control and sales reports.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage shifts.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2–5 years hypermarket/supermarket experience.
• Category-specific experience is mandatory.

Pay: QAR1,500.00 - QAR1,800.00 per month
