Supervisor, ICT payment Collection and Assurance

About the Role:

Orange is seeking a meticulous and results-driven Finance Collection and Audit Supervisor to join our ICT Unit. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of ICT projects, ensuring timely invoice collection, maintaining accuracy in financial records, and supporting internal audits.

You'll work closely with our Finance and Billing teams, leveraging your analytical skills to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies, helping us maintain compliance and financial discipline across our ICT initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and track ICT-related invoices to ensure timely collection and accurate reconciliation.
• Conduct financial audits on transactions related to ICT projects and services.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in billing and financial records.
• Collaborate closely with Finance and Billing teams to address invoicing issues.
• Assist in the development and implementation of collection and audit strategies.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulations.
• Prepare audit reports and present findings to management as needed.
• Support continuous improvement of financial processes within the ICT unit.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in finance, collections, or auditing preferably within ICT or telecom sectors.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and deadline-driven.
