Supervisor, Landscaping

Job Purpose:
To oversee and manage landscaping operations, ensuring the proper care, maintenance, and enhancement of all soft landscaping areas. The role requires supervising staff, coordinating activities, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring that all work is carried out safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily landscaping operations, including planting, pruning, mowing, irrigation, and general maintenance of soft landscaping areas.
• Inspect landscapes regularly to monitor plant health, turf condition, and overall appearance.
• Coordinate with facility management or clients to ensure landscaping requirements are met.
• Manage and guide landscaping staff, providing training and support as needed.
• Ensure pest control measures are implemented effectively and in line with safety standards.
• Maintain records of landscaping activities, schedules, and materials used.
• Prepare reports and updates for management on landscaping activities and performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental standards at all times.

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in landscaping, preferably with a facility management provider.
• Strong knowledge of all aspects of soft landscaping including plants, turf, soil, and maintenance practices.
• Pest control certification is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Presentable with good hygiene and professional conduct.

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to supervise and motivate teams effectively.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of sustainable landscaping practices and water conservation techniques.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼3,200.00 - ﷼3,800.00 per month

Expected Start Date: 01/10/2025
