Timings: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM Qatar Time

Job Summary:

The Supervisor (Marine) will assist and support the Foreman in organizing and supervising Floating Dock operations, maneuvering, block arrangements, load tests, MBH operation activities, ensuring safe and efficient execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and ensure the implementation of approved departmental policies and procedures.
• Lead and control the workforce engaged in marine maneuvers within allocated resources.
• Assist in identifying and planning resources for assigned jobs.
• Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and internal/external teams.
• Supervise block setting activities as per drawings/schedules and ensure logistics for safe docking.
• Liaise with engineering teams for drawings and lifting plans.
• Prepare accurate departmental reports on time.
• Support staff appraisals and identify training needs.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
• Perform other duties assigned to support continuous department operations.
