Marine Operations Supervisor

Summary:
Supervises daily marina operations to ensure safe, efficient berthing and high-quality service. Oversees staff, manages vessel movements, maintains facilities, ensures safety compliance, and handles customer onboarding and contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily marina activities, berthing, and vessel movements
• Assist in signing berthing rental contracts with customers and ensure required documents are submitted
• Follow up on payments, renewals, and account status with Finance
• Ensure safety standards, emergency readiness, and regulatory compliance
• Lead and schedule marine operations staff
• Handle customer requests, arrivals/departures, and berth allocation
• Inspect facilities and coordinate maintenance with contractors
• Maintain operational logs, reports, and inventory

Requirements:

• 3–5 years experience in marina/port/marine operations
• Knowledge of marine safety procedures and berth management
• Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills
• Ability to work outdoors and on shift schedules

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
