JOB PURPOS : 
- Supervising Operations : Oversees all activities on packaging lines and in processing areas, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
- Personnel Management : Directs and supervises staff, including assigning tasks, training new employees, and evaluating performance.
- Quality and Safety Assurance : Ensures that all products meet quality standards and that operations comply with safety and regulatory guidelines.
- Efficiency and Productivity : Optimizes processes and manages resources to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Inventory and Supply Management : Manages inventory for packaging materials and processed goods to prevent shortages or excesses.
- Cross-functional Coordination : Works with other departments, such as quality control, maintenance, and logistics, to ensure seamless operations.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Suppl Chain, Production or related field.
- Experience in packaging or processing supervision.
- Certification in Safety or Quality Management (preferred).
