Supervisor (Restaurant/Bakery)

Doha, Qatar

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign daily duties and conduct team briefs.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and address complaints.
  • Oversee daily branch operations, including cleanliness, safety, and visual merchandising.
  • Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and product organization.
  • Handle cash management and daily financial transactions.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and administrative records.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of sales experience in the restaurant and bakery field.
  • Valid Residents Permit.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, including staff, inventory, and operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
