Supervisor (Supermarkets)

Key Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of retail operations, inventory control, and merchandising strategies.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and address complaints.
• Oversee daily branch operations, including cleanliness, safety, and visual merchandising.
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and product organization.
• Handle cash management and daily financial transactions.
• Maintain accurate inventory and administrative records.
• Ability to train, motivate, and develop employees.
• Assign duties and create work schedules for staff.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of sales experience in the restaurant and bakery field.
• Valid Residents Permit.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, including staff, inventory, and operations.
• Preferred for Arabic nationality
