- Oversee daily local supplies from warehouse to customers.
- Coordinate order picking, loading, and dispatch with the warehouse and delivery teams.
- Monitor delivery schedules to ensure on-time, accurate supplies to HORECA and bakery customers.
- Check and verify supply documents (sales orders, bills, acknowledgment copies).
- Act as the first point of contact for delivery issues (short supply, damages, returns, expiry, etc.) and coordinate resolutions.
- Support the billing team by verifying and forwarding cases requiring credit notes.
- Track fleet availability for local deliveries and coordinate with the fleet maintenance supervisor when required.
- Maintain records and reports for daily supplies and pending issues.
- Ensure proper communication between operations, sales, billing, and delivery teams.
- Participate in daily morning briefings to plan and prioritize supply tasks.
