Supervisor – Water (Metering)

We are seeking a highly experienced Supervisor – Water (Metering) to oversee water metering installation, maintenance, and field operations. The role requires strong supervisory experience, technical expertise in water metering systems, and knowledge of communication technologies and utility monitoring systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise water metering installation and maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with water metering standards and procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to water meters and systems.
• Coordinate with field teams to ensure smooth execution of daily operations.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular operational reports.
• Monitor meter communication systems and resolve communication issues.
• Support NRW (Non-Revenue Water) monitoring activities.
• Work with basic understanding of Meter Data Management (MDM) and Head-End Systems (HES).
• Ensure proper execution of field activities in coordination with stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 6–8 years of experience in water metering with supervisory experience.
• Strong experience in water metering installation and maintenance.
• Knowledge of NRW monitoring systems.
• Background in communication technologies such as Wired and Wireless M-Bus, Cellular, NB-IoT, etc.
• Basic knowledge of Meter Data Management (MDM) and Head-End Systems (HES).
• Strong leadership and technical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage field teams and ensure operational efficiency.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in utility water metering projects.
• Strong coordination and reporting skills.
• Ability to work in field-based operational environments.
