Water Metering Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Water Metering Supervisor to oversee installation, maintenance, and field operations related to water metering systems. The role requires strong technical expertise in metering systems, communication technologies, and team supervision to ensure efficient and compliant execution of works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise water metering installation and maintenance activities
• Ensure compliance with water metering standards and project requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and field-related issues
• Coordinate field teams to ensure smooth execution of daily operations
• Monitor meter communication systems and resolve communication issues
• Track project progress and prepare regular reports
• Support implementation and monitoring of NRW systems
• Ensure proper coordination between field teams and technical units

Requirements:

• Minimum 6–8 years of experience in water metering with supervisory responsibilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Strong experience in water metering systems and installation activities
• Knowledge of NRW monitoring systems
• Experience with communication technologies such as Wired & Wireless M-Bus, Cellular, NB-IoT, etc.
• Basic knowledge of Meter Data Management (MDM) and Head-End Systems (HES)

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
• Good reporting and coordination skills
• Strong understanding of metering communication systems
