Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Executive to oversee procurement, logistics, inventory control, and coordination with production and sales teams. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations across the supply chain and support process optimization to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement of raw materials, packaging, and production supplies.
• Manage vendor relationships, evaluate suppliers, and ensure timely deliveries.
• Plan and monitor inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
• Liaise with production, warehouse, and logistics teams for smooth material flow.
• Prepare purchase orders, delivery schedules, and shipment documentation.
• Track shipments and resolve any logistics or customs issues.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain performance.
• Support in developing cost reduction strategies and process improvements.
• Maintain accurate records in ERP or supply chain management systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics (preferably in manufacturing).
• Strong understanding of inventory control, import/export procedures, and vendor management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience with automation or industrial equipment manufacturing.
• Knowledge of local and international logistics processes.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
