Supply Chain Analyst

The Supply Chain Analyst is a full-time on-site role responsible for placing purchase orders for materials, products, and services, tracking material deliveries, and report on stock shortages to support company’s operations. The roll will collaborate with various departments to align purchasing decisions, maintaining supplier relationships, and adhering to company policies.

Responsibilities:

• Create purchase orders based on production requirements
• Communicate with vendors to confirm order status and ensure timely delivery
• Identify potential vendors and obtain quotes
• Cross-reference product deliveries with purchase orders
• Maintain accurate records on purchases, pricing, and delivery
• Resolve issues related to supplier performance, delivery delays, or quality discrepancies
• Collaborate with internal departments including production, project management, order entry, and logistics.
• Work closely with operations to ensure material availability to support the production plan
• Maintain order required for service equipment and packaging materials

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
