Business Analyst (Supply Chain Management), 2-3 yrs exp, Kochi ,Kakkanad
Responsibilities
- Work with clients to define high-level requirements and capture business needs.
- Demonstrate products to prospective customers.
- Coordinate with development and testing teams.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet demanding deadlines.
- Develop functional and non-functional requirements documentation.
- Schedule and ensure all sprint ceremonies are conducted timely and effectively.
- Ensure all Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS) are complete and signed off before sprint start.
- Review and approve test cases to ensure coverage and quality.
- Maintain flexibility and availability for client calls to effectively address client needs.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and self-learning abilities.
- Team player with a proactive, result-oriented approach and keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience working with logistics or supply chain management software and processes.
- Professional certifications in IT, logistics, or project management are a plus.
