Supply chain & Business Development Executive

Full job description

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, and other supplies.
• Ensure uninterrupted material availability.
• Lead production planning and demand forecasting activities.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimum stock to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, Production, Warehouse, Sales, and Finance departments.
• Oversee warehouse operations, storage, dispatch, and transportation activities.
• Evaluate supplier performance and develop strategic vendor relationships.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Monitor supply chain KPIs such as inventory turnover, OTIF (On-Time In-Full), lead time, and service levels.
• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Manage import/export documentation and regulatory requirements where applicable.
• Lead supply chain risk assessment and business continuity planning.
• Prepare monthly supply chain performance reports for management.
• Ensure ERP/SAP transactions are completed accurately and on time.
• Drive continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
