Supply Chain Coordinator

  • Job Description:

We are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement, inventory, logistics, and ensuring smooth supply chain operations from raw materials to finished goods. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate with vendors, production, and customers for timely and efficient deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate procurement of raw materials, packaging, and supplies.
  • Monitor and maintain optimum inventory levels to meet production and customer requirements.
  • Liaise with vendors, transporters, and customers to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
  • Track shipments (local & export) and resolve issues related to logistics and documentation.
  • Assist in planning production schedules based on customer orders and forecasts.
  • Prepare and maintain records related to purchase orders, invoices, delivery notes, and stock reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and customer requirements.
  • Support the Supply Chain Manager in daily operations and process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience (Fresh graduates with strong academic background may also apply).
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of import/export documentation will be an advantage.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
