Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Supply Chain Coordinator located in Dubai. The Supply Chain Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with coordinating the movement of goods, managing inventory levels, monitoring the delivery schedule, handling customer service inquiries, and analyzing supply chain data to optimize operations management.


Qualifications

  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions according to company policies.
  • Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to determine material requirements and delivery timelines.
  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with company procedures and budget limits.
  • Review and maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and propose improvements to the procurement process.
  • Track and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Handle discrepancies, damaged goods, or delayed deliveries effectively.
  • Prepare regular procurement reports for management review
  • Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Analytical Skills and the ability to manage large and complex data sets
  • Experience in Operations Management and Inventory Management
  • Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and related software
  • A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration or Logistics
  • Experience with Supply Chain Management, particularly in the furniture or manufacturing industry, is a plus
  • Experience working with large-scale ERP, WMS, or TMS solutions is a plus
