Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to manage and streamline supply chain activities for our retail operations. The role involves coordinating procurement, logistics, inventory management, and vendor communication to ensure timely product availability across stores. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, retail supply chain knowledge, and the ability to manage fast-paced operations.

Key Responsibilities: Inventory & Stock Management

  • Monitor inventory levels across stores and warehouses to avoid stock outs or overstocking.
  • Coordinate replenishment orders based on demand patterns and sales trends.
  • Track SKU movement and maintain accurate stock records.

Procurement & Vendor Coordination

  • Coordinate with vendors/suppliers for timely delivery of goods.
  • Track purchase orders, delivery schedules, and resolve supply delays.
  • Maintain vendor communication for pricing, product availability, and quality issues.

Logistics & Distribution

  • Oversee inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Coordinate with transport partners and warehouse teams for shipment planning.
  • Track dispatches and maintain logistics documentation.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports (stock movement, delivery status, shortages).
  • Analyze supply chain data to improve forecasting and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain updated records of shipments, purchase orders, and inventory.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with store teams, procurement, finance, and operations for smooth flow of goods.
  • Support new product launches and seasonal inventory planning.
  • Assist in process improvement initiatives to optimize the retail supply chain.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in supply chain/logistics, preferably in the retail or FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management, logistics operations, and vendor coordination.
  • Proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, MIS reporting).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
