Location: Garden Town, Lahore (Onsite)
Work Hours: Night Shift (6:00 pm to 3:00 am)
Salary Range: PKR 30,000 – 50,000
Experience Required: 1–2 Years
Department: Supply Chain / Logistics
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Saturday: Half Day)

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to manage end-to-end logistics operations, including local and export shipments. The role requires close coordination with freight forwarders, customs agents, production, sales teams, and international clients to ensure timely and compliant deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate local and international shipments with freight forwarders, transporters, and courier services.
• Prepare, review, and maintain export documentation, including Invoices, Packing Lists, BL, COO, GSP, Form-E, and related documents.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, export/import laws, and textile industry standards.
• Track shipments and provide regular status updates to internal teams and overseas clients.
• Manage dispatch schedules in coordination with production and sales departments.
• Maintain accurate records of logistics documents, shipment data, and freight costs.
• Coordinate with banks for export documentation under L/C, advance payments, and related transactions.
• Handle insurance claims, shipment discrepancies, and logistics-related issues.
• Negotiate freight rates and service terms with logistics service providers when required.
• Prepare weekly and monthly logistics performance reports covering costs, delays, and efficiency.
• Support warehouse operations, including inventory movement, storage coordination, and stock reconciliation.
• Remain available during night shift to communicate with international buyers and logistics partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or export coordination.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and basic familiarity with ERP systems.
• Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Willingness to work onsite in Garden Town, Lahore, during the night shift.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the textile or export-oriented industry will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
