About the Role: Supply Chain Coordinator
We are seeking a detail-oriented
Supply Chain Coordinator
to manage and oversee the daily operations of our logistics and procurement workflows. In this role, you will act as the vital link between our suppliers, internal production teams, and distribution partners, ensuring that all operations are conducted with maximum efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to strict industry standards and safety regulations.
Core Responsibilities

Operations Management:
Coordinate daily supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory tracking, order fulfillment, and shipment scheduling.

Regulatory Compliance:
Maintain comprehensive shipping and receiving documentation; ensure all logistics activities align with international trade laws, customs requirements, and company
SOPs
.

Data Integrity:
Perform accurate data entry into
ERP
(Enterprise Resource Planning) or
WMS
(Warehouse Management Systems) and ensure "ALCOA+" principles are applied to inventory records.

Risk Mitigation:
Monitor supply chain bottlenecks and report significant disruptions or vendor non-compliance promptly to management and stakeholders.

Quality Assurance:
Author and maintain material specifications and assist in internal and external audits to ensure
GxP
and
ISO
quality standards are met.

Vendor Liaison:
Serve as the primary point of contact for external suppliers and third-party logistics (3PL) providers during performance reviews and audits.
Qualifications
-
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (Required).

Experience:
0–5 years of experience in logistics, procurement, warehouse operations, or manufacturing environments.

Technical Skills (Required):
-
Strong understanding of
inventory management
and
lean six sigma
principles.

Proficiency in supply chain management software,
ERP systems
(e.g., SAP, Oracle), and Excel.

Familiarity with global shipping regulations and documentation (e.g., Bills of Lading, Incoterms).
-
Excellent technical writing and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:
-
Certification (or eligibility) for
CSCP
(APICS) or
CPSM
(ISM).

Experience with medical device or pharmaceutical cold-chain logistics.

Knowledge of demand forecasting and data analytics.
