Position: Supply Chain Coordinator, Composites

Status: Regular Full Time, 40 hours a week

Department: Supply Chain

Location: Mumbai, India

Reports to: Director, Global Supply Chain


ABOUT THE ROLE:


The FRP Supply Chain Coordinator will support strategic sourcing initiatives and supplier management for all our FRP manufacturers. This role is responsible for analyzing procurement data, keeping accurate and up to date records, managing data to evaluate supplier performance, and supporting sourcing decisions that align with SCM business goals.


ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Monitor daily supplier performance and communicate potential delays proactively to project managers and other stakeholders
  • Analyze all issues relating to manufacturing delays to avoid re-occurrence.
  • Track and follow up on internal deliverables for FRP production
  • Manage the FRP PO Tracker communication weekly with all our FRP vendors
  • Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Support contract negotiations by providing data-driven insights and cost analysis.
  • Analyze supply chain data and generate reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyze spend data to uncover cost-saving opportunities and support strategic sourcing initiatives.
  • Work in collaboration with project buyers and Global Sourcing Lead to address and close any outstanding NCRs.
  • Maintain current approved pricing for all FRP suppliers in Kubaru
  • Run & analyze historical production data on an as needed basis.
  • Update production history in Kubaru for FRP suppliers that provide their data by report
  • Provide Landed Cost Analysis for all projects
  • Maintain Mikomi data to ensure forecasting accuracy
  • Release MFG BOMs through Slidedata

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management. In some cases, a diploma or associate degree with relevant experience may be acceptable.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management abilities.
  • Expert in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
