Role: As a Supply Chain Data & Analytics Specialist, you’ll play a key role in transforming manual processes, automating reporting, and surfacing insights that support strategic decision-making. You’ll work cross-functionally with operations, finance, and IT to identify inefficiencies, build dashboards, and support our ERP migration initiative. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys digging into data, collaborating across departments, and bringing clarity to complex business problems.
Responsibilities and Duties of Supply Chain & Data Analyst:
- Automate and improve Excel-based reporting processes using SQL Server, Power Automate, and Azure Logic Apps.
- Support inventory optimization across a multi-site operation by identifying opportunities to reduce excess stock and minimize stockouts.
- Partner with business units to uncover process inefficiencies and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools using BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) to improve visibility into operational and financial performance.
- Design and prototype dashboards that track KPIs and operational metrics for leadership.
- Support integration and implementation of delivery monitoring and logistics platforms to improve operational visibility and delivery efficiency.
- Assist in identifying labor inefficiencies and operational improvement opportunities by compiling and analyzing data from multiple systems and operational sources.
- Contribute to ERP migration initiatives including data imports, system testing, and end-user training.
- Support change management and training initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes
- Participate in cross-functional projects in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Statistics, Supply Chain, or a closely related field with 2–5 years of relevant experience.
Experience/Knowledge:
- Experience in supply chain analytics, operations analytics, finance analytics, or related business domains.
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to integrate and analyze data from SQL databases, ERP systems, and other external data sources.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms.
- Exposure to Microsoft Azure services (Logic Apps, Power Automate, etc.) and workflow automation tools.
- Ability to transform complex and unstructured data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Experience supporting ERP systems or ERP implementations (data migration, testing, reporting, or user support) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.

Compensation:
$85,000 - $100,000
