Job Description:

Titan, a leading jewellery brand, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain Executive to join our team at the Sourcing Office in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. As a Supply Chain Executive, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end supply chain process for our jewellery products, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
• Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and products
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to ensure adequate stock levels
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production and delivery of products
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and ethical sourcing practices
• Analyze data and identify areas for improvement in the supply chain process
• Stay updated on industry trends and developments to make informed decisions and improve processes
• Train and mentor junior supply chain team members

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the jewellery industry
• Strong knowledge of supply chain principles and practices
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in data analysis and supply chain software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Willingness to travel as needed
