Qualification

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in supply chain or Procurement role.
• Proficiency in ERP systems e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Familiarity with lean principles and continuous improvement tools is a plus.
  
  

Job Description :

Scents N Stories looking for the Mid-Level Supply Chain Executive, responsible for coordinating and executing key supply chain functions including procurement, inventory management, demand planning and Vendor Management. The role requires a proactive approach to ensure smooth operations, minimize delays, reduce costs, and support continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and managing the overall supply chain strategy.
• Coordinate with procurement teams for sourcing of raw Packaging and services.
• Liaise with production and Store teams to ensure accurate material availability and stock levels.
• Support vendor development and manage vendor performance metrics.
• Implement and monitor supply chain KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams sales, finance, production to align supply chain activities with business goals.
• Utilize ERP systems for inventory tracking, order processing, and demand planning.
• Identify risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation plans.
• Assist in preparing demand forecasts based on sales trends, seasonality, and production schedules.
• Maintain and update supply chain data in ERP systems.
