Responsibilities:
- Prepare order confirmations, sales invoices and packing lists in Tally.
- Coordinate with clients to receive signed confirmation of sales order.
- Cross-check sales order issued with purchase order issued by client.
- Prepare pre-shipment and post-shipment documents including packing list, invoice, shipping bill, regulatory declarations.
- Maintain records on duty drawback, and MEIS credit on export shipments.
- Maintain physical and digital records of pre-shipment & post-shipment documents.
- Coordinate with CHA for road transport, shipping container and vessel
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in Export Documentation is compulsory / CHA work background will be an added advantage.
- Ability to draft email communication for US and European international clients.
- Proficient in MS Excel.
- Good time management and organization skills.
- Any Graduate/ PG
