Supply Chain Finance Manager – Çorlu

Location: Çorlu, Turkey

Are you a finance leader with a passion for driving operational excellence in manufacturing? Join us in Çorlu as our Supply Chain Finance Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping financial strategy, performance, and compliance across our factory operations.

What You'll Do

Lead financial controlling, reporting, and performance management for the factory.
Analyze production variances and drive cost optimization initiatives.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and business planning cycles.
Partner with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external audit standards.
Contribute to global finance transformation projects, including SAP and reporting enhancements.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Industrial Engineering.
Minimum 8 years of experience in financial controlling and cost accounting, ideally in supply chain/manufacturing.
At least 2 years of leadership experience in factory finance.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Proven ability to thrive in matrix organizations and collaborate across functions.
