Supply Chain Manager

Job Summary

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain and logistics strategy for the restaurant group, ensuring timely procurement and delivery of food, beverage, and non-food items across all locations. This role will focus on maintaining cost efficiency, quality, vendor relations, and inventory optimization to support smooth restaurant operations under the supervision of Supply Chain Head.

Key Responsibilities

  • Procurement & Vendor Management:
  • Source and negotiate contracts with suppliers for food, beverage, and operational items.
  • Get the sample products, manage vendor relationships & Ensure compliance with food safety, quality standards, and local regulations.
  • Contracts with vendor (vendor opening forms, system entry, Payment terms n conditions, credit limits) & negotiation on company terms and conditions under the supervision of HOD.
  • Inventory Management:
  • Gate Pass making & complete checking with measurement (quality & quantity check)
  • Research & development to find out cost effective stock & to get quality checks, new products addition.
  • Oversee stock levels in coordination with store teams across multiple restaurant locations to avoid shortages or overstocking.
  • Implement and maintain effective inventory control systems and processes.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and restaurant managers for forecast planning and demand analysis.
  • Logistics Coordination:
  • Optimize delivery routes and schedules in coordination with purchase teams for efficient transportation.
  • Collaborate with logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Resolve issues related to transportation delays or damaged goods.
  • Cost Control:
  • Monitor procurement costs and identify opportunities for cost savings.
  • Work with finance to ensure budget adherence and accurate forecasting.
  • Data & Reporting:
  • Maintain supply chain records & reports to track order accuracy, lead times, and inventory turnover.
  • Use data to forecast trends and recommend process improvements.
  • Utilize company software to manage orders and track inventory to ensure all data is live in software’s.
  • Ensure seamless integration between supply chain systems and restaurant operations.

Required Skills

§ Strong knowledge of food safety standards, sourcing practices, and restaurant operations.

§ Proficiency in inventory management software, Excel, and software systems.

§ Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

§ Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100.00 - Rs1,000.00 per month
