Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory, logistics, and vendor management. The role ensures timely product availability, cost optimization, and smooth coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage procurement of raw materials, packaging, and services.
• Forecast demand and optimize inventory levels.
• Oversee warehouse, distribution, and logistics operations.
• Negotiate with suppliers to ensure best cost, quality, and service.
• Monitor KPIs (lead time, OTIF, logistics cost, stock accuracy).
• Drive process improvements for efficiency and cost reduction.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Lead and mentor supply chain team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Logistics/Operations (MBA preferred).
• 5–10 years’ experience in supply chain or operations (FMCG/retail preferred).
• Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, and ERP systems.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
