Location: Remote Swamp-Based Facility, Florida
Deployment: 6-8 Weeks Onsite | 1–2 Weeks Off | Housing + Meals Provided
We are staffing a secure detention facility in a remote region of Florida. We’re looking for Supply Chain Manager ready to deploy, live onsite, and operate in a structured, high-security environment.
This is a boots-on-the-ground mission, not a desk job. You’ll be part of a rotational deployment with full housing and meals. If you’re disciplined, reliable, and want to make a difference, we want you.
Your Mission
· Manage daily supply chain activities, including ordering, receiving, storing, and distributing food, uniforms, medical supplies, maintenance materials, and other facility necessities.
· Coordinate transportation and delivery schedules to and from the facility, accounting for remote location, weather conditions, and limited access routes.
· Maintain accurate inventory records using facility-approved tracking systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory and security requirements.
· Follow established procedures for secure storage and handling of sensitive or restricted items.
· Communicate with vendors, contractors, and transportation providers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement and delivery.
· Work closely with security, food service, medical, and maintenance teams to forecast needs and adjust supply plans accordingly.
· Implement contingency plans for supply chain disruptions due to environmental factors such as flooding, storms, or limited transportation availability.
· Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility policies regarding procurement, storage, and inventory management.
· Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, cost tracking, and logistical issues to facility leadership.
Requirements
· Minimum of 2–3 years of supply chain, logistics, or warehouse experience, preferably in a secure or remote facility setting.
· Experience managing logistics in challenging or isolated environments.
· Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
· Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Ability to pass background checks and security clearances required for work in a detention facility.
· Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred but not required.

Job Types: Contract, Temporary
Shift availability: This position will work 12-hour shifts, 7 days a week for the duration of the deployment, totaling 84 hours per week.
