Supply Chain Manager

Operational Oversight

· Manage end-to-end back office processes including documentation, compliance across supply chain , KYC process and trade finance.

· Ensure timely and accurate execution of operational tasks

· Oversee customer service operations including query resolution, service-level adherence, and escalation management.

Team Leadership & Performance

· Lead and mentor a team of analysts and associates; set KPIs and monitor performance.

· Conduct regular training to enhance domain knowledge and productivity.

· Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

· Roll-out of New Initiatives and Progress update to Customer and internal stake holders

Compliance & Risk Management

· Ensure adherence to internal controls, regulatory guidelines (RBI, FEMA, AML), and audit requirements.

· Validate documentation to prevent operational and financial risks.

Process Optimization

· Identify bottlenecks and implement automation or process enhancements to improve turnaround time and accuracy.

· Collaborate with IT and product teams to streamline workflows and integrate digital tools.

Stakeholder Management

· Liaise with internal departments (Finance, Legal, Sales) and external partners (banks, logistics providers, clients).

· Represent the operations team in audits, client meetings, and strategic planning sessions.
