Supply Chain Manager

You will own the end-to-end sourcing and supply chain operations for an upcoming apparel brand —ensuring timely, cost-effective, and ethically aligned procurement from certified suppliers across China, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Turkey, Morocco and other strategic regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Supplier Sourcing & Vetting
• Identify and onboard certified textile and apparel manufacturers aligned with wellness and sustainability standards
• Evaluate supplier capabilities, certifications (OEKO-TEX®, GOTS, GRS), and compliance documentation
• Procurement & RFQ Management
• Lead RFQ processes, negotiate MOQs, pricing, lead times, and sampling terms
• Consolidate cost estimations across product categories and packaging formats
• Production & Timeline Oversight
• Manage production calendars, sampling cycles, and delivery milestones
• Track supplier responsiveness and escalate delays proactively
• Logistics & Customs Coordination
• Oversee international shipping, customs clearance, and import documentation
• Liaise with freight forwarders and customs agents to ensure smooth delivery
• Data & Compliance Management
• Maintain supplier trackers, certification logs, and cost matrices
• Ensure all sourcing decisions align with brand's ethical and operational frameworks

Qualifications

• 8 to 10 + years in textile or retail apparel sourcing, preferably with China/Hong Kong/Vietnam exposure
• Proven experience in RFQs, MOQ negotiation, cost estimation, and supplier onboarding
• Strong understanding of certification standards (OEKO-TEX®, GOTS, GRS, WRAP)
• Familiarity with customs, freight, and international logistics workflows
• Detail-oriented with excellent spreadsheet and documentation skills
• Emotionally intelligent communicator with a collaborative mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
