Role Description

This is a full-time position based in Lahore. The Supply Chain Manager will oversee the complete supply chain cycle from procurement planning and vendor management to production coordination and distribution alignment. The role requires strategic planning to ensure cost efficiency, timely availability of materials, and smooth product flow across all business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage end-to-end supply chain operations
• Develop demand forecasts and align procurement with production needs
• Coordinate with manufacturing, QA, and distribution teams for seamless operations
• Identify and implement process improvements for cost, time, and quality efficiency
• Negotiate with vendors and monitor supplier performance
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal quality standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in ERP and supply chain management software
