Job Summary
The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing end-to-end supply chain operations. This role ensures efficient procurement, inventory control, logistics, and supplier management to support business objectives while minimizing costs and risks.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupply Chain Planning
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with company goals.
- Forecast demand and plan supply to meet customer requirements.
- Monitor supply chain performance and implement improvements.
Procurement & Vendor Management
- Source raw materials, products, and services at competitive prices.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms with suppliers.
- Evaluate and manage supplier performance and compliance.
Inventory & Warehouse Management
- Maintain optimal inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
- Implement inventory control systems and best practices.
- Coordinate warehouse operations for accuracy and efficiency.
Logistics & Distribution
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics operations.
- Coordinate with transporters, freight forwarders, and 3PL partners.
- Ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of goods.
Risk Management & Compliance
- Identify supply chain risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
- Maintain quality, safety, and operational standards.
Team Leadership & Reporting
- Lead, train, and supervise supply chain staff.
- Track KPIs such as lead time, inventory turnover, and service levels.
- Prepare reports for senior management and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain or operations management.
- Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, and inventory control.

- Experience with ERP systems (SAP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Working Conditions
