Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations at our manufacturing unit in Himachal Pradesh. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, solution-oriented, and capable of managing both domestic and international supply chain functions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including sourcing, procurement, logistics, and delivery.
• Handle customs clearance, import/export documentation, and international shipments.
• Oversee domestic and international transportation management.
• Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships for sourcing raw materials and other required materials.
• Ensure uninterrupted raw material pipeline to support production schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory control systems.
• Plan and coordinate shipments to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
• Optimize supply chain processes to reduce operational and logistics costs.
• Coordinate closely with production, finance, and warehouse teams for smooth operations.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement proactive solutions to avoid delays.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, customs, and statutory requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

• 5–10 years of experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing setup.
• Experience handling both domestic and international supply chains.
• Strong understanding of import/export procedures and documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred).

We are looking for a mature, responsible, and proactive professional who can independently manage the complete supply chain ecosystem of the manufacturing unit and ensure smooth, cost-effective, and timely operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
