Supply Chain Manager

Industry: Pharmaceutical / Multinational Company

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager with a strong pharmaceutical background to lead end-to-end supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in pharma distribution, regulatory compliance, and inventory optimization within a multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations: procurement, planning, warehousing, and distribution.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and quality standards (GDP, GxP, SFDA, MOH, etc.).
• Manage demand planning, inventory control, and stock optimization.
• Coordinate with suppliers, distributors, and logistics partners.
• Optimize transportation, storage, and delivery processes.
• Monitor KPIs such as service levels, lead times, and inventory turnover.
• Implement supply chain systems and process improvements.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of supply chain experience.
• Minimum 4–5 years in a pharmaceutical or healthcare company.
• Experience in multinational environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of pharma regulations in KSA and/or UAE.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Pharmacy, Business, or related field.
• Professional certifications (CSCP, CPIM, or equivalent) are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: E£80,000.00 - E£100,000.00 per month
