Supply Chain Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations
• Oversee procurement, inventory, warehousing, and logistics
• Develop supply chain strategies to reduce cost and improve efficiency
• Manage vendor sourcing, negotiations, and contracts
• Monitor KPIs and prepare performance and MIS reports
• Coordinate with finance, projects, and site teams
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
• Lead and develop the supply chain team
• Requirements:
• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 7–10 years relevant experience in supply chain management
• Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, and inventory control
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and advanced MS Excel
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and negotiation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per month
