Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations, encompassing procurement, logistics, and customs clearance, while driving planning, performance management, and operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the supply chain team, ensuring clear accountability, performance follow-up, and effective coordination
• Develop and execute supply chain plans, translating objectives into clear and actionable execution plans
• Manage procurement activities, including sourcing, negotiation, and supplier evaluation
• Oversee local and international freight operations and customs clearance processes, ensuring full regulatory compliance
• Monitor and optimize inventory levels to ensure material availability while minimizing excess stock and downtime risks
• Define, monitor, and report on supply chain KPIs related to cost, delivery, inventory turnover, and supplier performance
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, cost control, and supply reliability
• Coordinate closely with operations, finance, and technical teams to support industrial and business requirements

Required Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience in procurement, freight, and customs clearance
• Proven experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, and team leadership
• Solid understanding of import regulations, documentation, and industrial supply chain operations
• Preferred Industry Background: Chemicals, spare parts, and industrial equipment

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 7 to 10 years of supply chain experience.
• Strong Procurement Background.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP).
