Supply Chain Manager

Melbrew Coffee is looking for an experienced National Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations across Pakistan. This role will manage procurement, imports, warehousing, distribution, reporting, and special projects, with hands-on involvement in international sourcing, particularly from China..

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage national supply chain operations including procurement, logistics, warehousing, inventory, and distribution
• Manage local and international sourcing, supplier negotiations, and vendor performance
• Handle import/export operations including documentation, customs clearance, duties, and compliance
• Coordinate international purchases and supplier visits, especially in China
• Oversee warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and nationwide distribution
• Develop supply chain mechanisms, KPIs, dashboards, and regular management reports
• Lead special projects such as system improvements, process optimization, and new product launches
• Ensure cost efficiency, timely deliveries, and uninterrupted supply

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement (FMCG / Food & Beverage preferred)
• Strong knowledge of import/export procedures and customs regulations in Pakistan
• Proven experience managing warehouses and national distribution networks
• Experience sourcing from China or international markets is a strong plus
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and reporting skills
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
