Supply Chain Manager – Knitwear Export Division

Location: Karachi, Pakistan

Experience: 5–6 years in apparel/textile supply chain

Education: Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Textile Engineering

Role Summary

We’re hiring a strategic and hands-on Supply Chain Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of our apparel supply chain—from raw material sourcing to export logistics and post-shipment coordination with our North American teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement of knit fabrics and trims with quality and cost control
• Oversee production planning and vendor coordination for timely order fulfilment
• Handle export documentation, customs clearance, and shipment tracking
• Collaborate with USA-based teams for warehouse management, inventory flow, and post-shipment support
• Analyze supply chain data to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and forecast demand
• Implement automation tools and ERP systems for better visibility and control
• Ensure compliance with international trade laws and internal SOPs
• Lead cross-functional coordination between production, finance, and export departments

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and data visualization skills (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle or similar)
• Excellent communication across time zones and cultures
• Knowledge of textile sourcing, knitwear production, and export logistics
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and 3PL coordination in North America
