Supply Chain Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain Officer with expertise in sourcing from China. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for optimizing our supply chain processes and ensuring the timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials from Chinese suppliers.

Responsibilities:

• Source materials, components, and products from suppliers in China, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to achieve the best possible deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and plan procurement activities accordingly.
• Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns that may arise.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and supplier information.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or English or a related field.
• Proven experience in sourcing materials or products from China.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
• Excellent communication skills in English to effectively communicate with Chinese suppliers.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and supply chain management software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
